1、 What materials do you offer for your canvas?
We offer two material options: 100% cotton and T/C blend (polyester-cotton). 100% cotton provides a natural texture ideal for professional artwork, while T/C blend offers better dimensional stability, won't shrink, and is more cost-effective—making it a great choice for volume purchases and reproduction works.2、What wood is used for your stretched canvas frames?
Our frames are crafted from kiln-dried quality wood (pine, fir, paulownia, etc.), with moisture content strictly below 13% to prevent mold and warping during long sea voyages.3、What weights and textures are available?
Weights: 280g (standard) and 380g (heavy-duty, recommended for large-format works).4、 How is the canvas primed?
Our canvas is primed with 3 layers of acid-free acrylic gesso, applied by machine or by hand. This primer effectively seals the fabric, prevents oil and pigment penetration, and provides excellent adhesion for both oil and acrylic paints.5、 What is the difference between side-stapled and back-stapled stretched canvases?
Side-stapled canvases are stapled from the side, providing extra tension for larger formats. Back-stapled canvases offer a cleaner appearance, ideal for smaller sizes and gallery display. Both use galvanized staples for rust resistance and durability.6、Do your frames come with wedges (keys)?
Wedges are not standard but can be provided upon request. They allow you to re-tighten the canvas if it becomes loose over time—simply insert the wedges into the corner joints and tap gently.7、 Can the width of canvas rolls be customized?
Yes. Our maximum width is approximately 2.08-2.09 meters. For special short widths (e.g., 1.6m, 1.8m), we quote based on the maximum width due to production efficiency. Raw edges can be trimmed or left as-is upon request.8、What backing materials do you use for canvas panels?
We offer both cardboard and MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) backing. Cardboard is more eco-friendly, while MDF offers better rigidity and cost-effectiveness. For large-size panels, MDF is recommended for enhanced flatness and stability.9、Is there a standard thickness tolerance for canvas panels?
There is no universal international standard. All specifications are subject to the approved sample. For large-size panels, minor warping may occur and is typically checked through visual inspection.10、Do you offer OEM/ODM customization?
Yes. Width, weight, coating formulation, packaging, and labeling can all be tailored to your requirements.
